Equalizing Toner is a targeted exfoliating toner that helps refresh and restore skin, while removing excess residue. This pH balancing toner combines hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, with botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe, and chamomile to soften, soothe, and tone skin. Directions
Step 1: Apply to damp face and neck with moistened fingertips. Step 2: Rinse completely to remove everyday dirt, grime, and makeup from your skin. Step 3: Use the cleanser twice a day, once during your morning routine and again during your nighttime routine.
