Clinical Details
NeoStrata Problem Dry Skin Cream is a severe dry skin treatment for the body. This ultra-rich salve contains high strength Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) and Polyhydroxy Acids (PHA) to exfoliate severe dry skin. Its highly emollient, non-greasy formula is ideal for knees, elbows, and heels with thick, calloused skin. It helps reduce scaling and roughness associated with psoriasis and severe dry skin. The inclusion of beeswax and skin conditioning oils ensures that your skin feels soft and smooth right from the first application. Clinical studies have shown that AHAs like Glycolic Acid can significantly improve skin texture and hydration levels. For more information, refer to the following studies: Skin Pigmentation Types, Causes and Treatment-A Review, Topical azelaic acid, salicylic acid, nicotinamide, sulphur, zinc and fruit acid (alpha-hydroxy acid) for acne, Interventions for melasma.
